Reservations can be made by calling (972) 712-7200 or online by clicking on the “Hotel Reservation” button to receive the Great Ife Alumni Reunion preferred rate. When booking by phone, members must provide the group name and group code. The reservation dates can be extended by booking on the phone.

All reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date of August 3rd, 2022 in order to be eligible for the group rate. The special room rate will be available until the cut-off date or until the block of rooms reserved for the group is sold-out, whichever comes first.

The above rates are net, non-commissionable and are exclusive of taxes currently at 13% per room per night. Taxes are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted above are only valid for the number of guests, check-in dates and length of stay shown. They do not include other costs you may choose to incur during your stay.
Once a reservation is made, if you wish to cancel, please call the hotel prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.
Guest accommodation will be available at 3:00 PM on arrival day and reserved till 12:00 PM on departure day. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the reception on departure day
PARKING CHARGES:
There will be a charge of $5.00 for guest's overnight self-parking; and a maximum charge of $5.00 for attendees not staying at the hotel. Valet Parking is available for $20.00 per day.
INTERNET CHARGES:
Complimentary Internet Access in Group's Guest rooms.
